For a paper to be published, at least one of
its authors needs to be registered for the main conference.
Accepted papers will be published on the Workshop
Web site ahead of the workshop, and distributed at the conference
in printed proceedings. After the conference, accepted papers
will be published in printed proceedings with ISBN, published
by Rinton Press.
