About Me

Carlos Torrecilla Salinas is an IT professional with broad experience in the field of software development. Currently he is working as IT Project Manager in DG Informatics (DIGIT), at European Commission. He obtained his PhD from the Department of Computer Languages and Systems of the  University of Seville (Spain). Currently, he is also an affiliated member of WISE.

His main research interest is in applied Agile approaches in the context of Web Engineering.
